Less than a decade ago, my life looked very different.
I spent a lot of time partying. Wasting my weekends because I didn’t really know my true purpose in life. I felt restless, like something was missing, even though I couldn’t name it at the time.
Finding my faith changed that.
It grounded me. It helped me understand why I was put on this earth and the responsibility that came with that. Once I had that clarity, everything else began to shift, how I lived, how I made decisions, and what I chose to build.
Motherhood shaped me deeply.
Grief did too.
And so did business.
Often all at once.
I stepped into leadership where decisions affect people’s lives, safety, and livelihoods. Being an NDIS provider myself means I’m not speaking from the sidelines. I’m navigating the same challenges providers are facing today, constant regulatory change, compliance pressure, workforce shortages, and the responsibility of delivering quality support in an increasingly complex system.
I understand the weight that comes with it because I’m carrying it too.
Along the way, I learned that growth without alignment leads to exhaustion. That strong leadership isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about building structures that can actually hold the responsibility placed on them.
Today, I mentor NDIS providers and service founders who want to lead sustainably, with clarity, steadiness, and integrity, without losing themselves in the process.
Take the first step to clarity, steadiness, and leadership that feels aligned.
I work with a small number of founders at a time.
If you’re an NDIS provider or service founder seeking clarity, steadiness, and leadership that feels aligned, you’re welcome to reach out.
Mentoring begins with a conversation to ensure alignment on both sides.
